Pellet extrusion on the Atlas enables 3D printing for production applications by using better materials, achieving faster print speeds and reducing material costs up to 10X compared to traditional filament materials.
Materials: 100’s of grades of materials are compatible with pellet extrusion on the Atlas, including highly filled materials with carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforcement.
Open market filament feedstocks are compatible with Titan’s proprietary Mastiff High Flow Filament Extrusion System on the Atlas. Filament Extrusion system can be combined with the Pellet Extrusion system on the Atlas for a Hybrid Pellet + Filament System.

Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion
The Atlas with Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion System can be used for dual material prints, such as soluble support material and high-performance model material and provides the ultimate flexibility in choosing the right extrusion technology for each application. Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion is available on all Atlas systems.
The Atlas large-format, industrial 3D Printer is powered by Yaskawa closed loop AC servo drives on all axes, and features an integrated Yaskawa MP3300iec controller. Open Air and Heated Enclosure models are available, and custom sizes can be built for your specific needs.
